Handcrafted in Germany, the Modern Shaving brush follows both ergonomic and aesthetic principles. The handle is made of plum wood, with a chrome-plated metal rim. The plum wood, with its intriguing colour and vivid grain, is turned and sealed to protect the brush against water. The chrome-plated rim and base is corrosion-resistant, very long lasting and has a luxurious lustre. The brush head is made of black fibre, that is similar to natural badger in its softness and quality. Its fibres are somewhat sturdier and more durable and it produces a particularly creamy lather.
